Hair Extensions: which method's the best?

Hi there, I have really thick hair that's shoulder length and I've recently seen a salon in southport, where I live, that does the weft style. My friend has had hers done at this salon and I was considering getting them done but you can really see the wefts at the back of her hair and they feel quite thick and bulky. Are wefts the best and safest option? or should I look further afield? I hear Cinderella hair extensions are supposed to be quite good and also the micro rings (?) but am not sure which are the most managable....please help! lol xx

1. I recommend you to don't use extensions. They look very fake, I can spot if some one had extension even from far away and it looks disgusting even Im not near them.
2. I have thick, shoulder length hair as well, and I'm thinking about getting hair extensions too! With some people, you can see the wefts at the back, but if you have really thick hair, I don't think you'll be able to see them. A friend told me that the weft hair extensions are the best. She also said never get the glued in extensions because when they come out, chunks of your normal hair comes out as well. I dunno if this is helpful.. but still.
