Poll: What happens at the Bald Eagle Festival in Idaho?

I work in a town called Eagle. I just heard on the radio that Eagle will be having a Bald Eagle Festival. I thought a bald eagle was a name for a well-groomed woman's undercarriage. What kind of crazy festival is this?
