bald spot..? my dog has a bald spot between her eyes. its not red or dry or anything. it seems to itch her once in a while. its flat and getting bigger but i think that is cuz of her itching. She doesnt have fleas and shes an indoor dog. She has a vet appointment scheduled but i was just hoping to get a heads up on what i might be expecting. Any ideas? its about the size of a dime. I noticed it about a month ago but i thought she had bumped into something. it was hardly noticable back then.

does anyone know why my schnauzer licks his forearm...to the point where there is a tiny bald spot? he only does this on his right forearm, and he licks it constantly, to the point where after giving him a bath just now I noticed the beginnings of a tiny bald spot. what could this be all about? it doesn't bother ME at all, but I was just wondering if there could be a medical reason for it. the skin and fur around the area seem healthy. i read once on here that someone else said schnauzers have a tendancy to do that, but that was just one person's opinion so I was looking for more.

Do you know of any medicine or any conventional medicine for BALD SPOT? I have a bald spot about the size of a quarter, I have been to dermatologists but they don't know what to do with it since it's not alopecia areata. Thank you.
